About Ulf
Ulf has extensive experience from both large listed companies and owner-led businesses, within both private and public sectors. His primary focus has been on larger international companies and private equity investments. Over the past 35 years, Ulf has worked on more than 1,000 project evaluations related to acquisitions and divestments, restructuring, listings, and delistings from stock exchanges. He also has significant experience with companies facing challenges and assignments for banks handling distressed loans. Many projects have involved financial and manufacturing companies, but his expertise also spans service, retail, and life science industries.
Relevant experience:
25+ years of leadership experience at Big 4 firms, where Ulf contributed to establishing business areas and worked with operational management, overseeing multiple business divisions in Sweden and Norway. His focus has been on financial advisory, transactions, and business development consulting for owner-led companies.
